1. Eligibility for Return. Your item must fit the following requirements in order to be accepted for return. If your item does not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued:

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Must not show signs of wear or damage.
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. If the above conditions are met, the item may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

3. Steps for Return. To return a purchased item, please follow the steps below:

  • Send us an email with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you are seeking an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • If your reason for return is accepted, we will provide you with a free return label.
  • Package the products in their original packaging, place into a shipping package, and affix the provided label in the appropriate location.
  • Take your package to the appropriate shipping provider

4. Once the item is received, it will be inspected and if accepted for return, you will be notified by email if it is eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund and the exchange, store credit or refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the return item(s).

5. Non-Returnable. The following make an item ineligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Software, downloads, or products that are intangible or have been activated.

6. Exception. If you receive a defective or damanged item, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery, with proof of damange, to arrange for a replacement or refund.
