Watik Aleem

CEO / Co-Founder

As a former US Army serviceman and veteran advocate, I now focus on business endeavors. As CEO of Mega Sale Mart, I remain dedicated to supporting veterans through peer-to-peer initiatives and community engagement.

I am the Chief Executive Officer at WarriorNow, a non-profit peer-to-peer support organization. With a commendable 9-year service in the US Army, he began as an Infantryman and was deployed during Desert Storm. Following his return to the United States, he reenlisted, transitioning into the role of a Supply Sergeant, and was stationed at Lowry Air Force Base.

Beyond my military service, my dedication to veterans' well-being led him to chair the Aurora Veterans Affairs Commission, where he diligently worked to assist fellow veterans with housing, transportation, and health benefits. His commitment to serving veterans stems from the challenges he faced while seeking assistance and resources after leaving the military.

Academically accomplished, I hold an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from Trident University. I also successfully completed the OSU 2016/17 Veterans Entrepreneurship Program and is currently pursuing a Leadership Veterans certificate at the University of Denver. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he received the Spirit Award from the City of Aurora in 2022 and was honored as the Fox31 'Hero of the Month' in April 2021.
